Crispy redfish fillets
Catching area
Our rose fish is caught in the North Atlantic, which is also known as FAO 27. Some of our rose fish is imported from China, but we also catch them ourselves. When the fish is brought to our company we bread the fish in our own ultra-modern and advanced production line so that it is ready to be exported.
Since our crispy redfish fillets are breaded most of the taste come from the bread crumbs. However, when you bite in the fillets you can still taste the delicious, sweet and mild flavour of the redfish. Redfish has a moderately firm texture and its meat is lean and flaky. Our crispy redfish fillets contain around 158 calories per one hundred grams. They also contain some cholesterol and sodium. Normally fish does not contain any carbohydrates, but our crispy redfish fillets do because of the breading. However, this is not a bad thing since carbohydrates are one of the main sources of energy for the human body. The breaded fillets also contain a lot of protein, since it is a fish product after all.
We export our crispy redfish fillets to retailers and the catering industry in multiple countries, but in general our redfish goes to Spain, Germany and Italy. Crispy redfish fillets are often eaten as a main dish. You can serve the breaded fillets as fish and chips, but you can also serve them with vegetables, a sauce or lemon wedges.
