Fish fantasy

One of our delicious breaded fish products is our fish fantasy. This fish product consists of breaded fish which is pre-fried and made into shapes. Other names that can be used for our fish fantasy are breaded fish shapes and shaped fish nuggets.

Our fish fantasy is made of different types of fish since the type of fish which we use for our delicious fish fantasy depends on the demand of our customers.

However, the most common types of fish that are used for our shaped fish nuggets are cod, haddock, plaice and Alaska pollock. Some of our fish is caught ourselves and some of it is imported. However, we can ensure you that our imported fish meets our high standards in terms of quality and food safety, since we know our suppliers personally. After the fish is brought to our company in the Netherlands we bread it ourselves. The shapes that are used for our fish fantasy depends on the demand of our customers too, so you can also ask for other shapes! You can also decide whether you want the nuggets to be made of fillets which are cut to shape or minced or ground fish which are reformed to shape. Shaped fish nuggets do not only look attractive, but they can also be really nutritious. The fish shapes contain a lot of protein and some vitamins, such as vitamin A and B12. These vitamins are necessary for people to stay healthy, because vitamin A helps our sight and is good for the immune system, while vitamin B12 plays an important role in the functioning of the brain and nervous system and making red blood cells. Since the shaped fish nuggets are breaded they also contain some carbohydrates, which is one of the main sources of energy in our bodies.
