Quality and food safety of Fish Fingers
Delicious and nutritious
Fish sticks are not only delicious but they can also be really nutritious. However, this depends on the way in which you prepare them of course. Fish sticks contain a lot of protein, just like every fish product. They also contain some carbohydrates because of the breading, which is one of the main sources of energy for our bodies. Fish fingers are higher in calories compared to fish which is not breaded, but this is not a reason to stop eating them. After all, our products are really delicious and they also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are proven to reduce the risk of a heart disease.
Fish fingers processed and distributed
We export our fish sticks to many different countries because they are eaten in a lot of countries. This is one of the reasons why there are various ways to eat fish fingers. Some people like to eat them as a fish finger sandwich. This sandwich can be made with lettuce, tartar sauce and lemon garnish, but also with other fillings. You can also eat the fish fingers in a fish wrap or in fish tacos. This is said to be a really delicious dish too. Fish fingers can also be served with mushy peas, French fries and a sauce. The most common sauce which is used is tartar sauce. Fish sticks can also be served with only a sauce, or with a salad if you want to keep it a healthy dish.
